As an Instructional Designer & Developer (IDD), I develop engaging and performance-driven learning strategies and solutions. As a leader, I encourage and coach my teams to be innovative and best-in-class. My skills, address business and learner needs in alignment with objectives that matter. I specialize in end-to-end learning solutions for both soft-skills and technical training. I am a Business Owner, People Manager, IDD, Trainer, Public Speaker, On-screen and Voice Talent, Change Management Specialist, Program/Project Manager, Graphic Artist, UX/Web Designer, Mother of 4 grown kids, and dabble in Evolutionary Astrology and Metaphysics. I have been told that I'm always good for an interesting conversation over a great cup of coffee.

Experience Highlights

Founded Sage eLearning Group 2007
Sage eLearning Group was founded in 2007 with the mission of bringing together the best and the brightest of the Learning Community, nation-wide, under a low cost, low overhead model of a "virtual company". I have spent the majority of my career as a consultant or running business-to-business projects through Sage. I have also been an FTE at several companies along the way. No matter how I come to the work, I love what I do.
People Manager
As a leader, I encourage and coach my teams to be innovative and best-in-class. Quality is paramount as well as proof we have hit the target. Building trust, providing inspiration, and communicating honestly is the foundation of my management style. I have managed FTEs, Contractors, FSPs, and Vendors, building lasting relationships. Developing people into their own passions is one of my true joys.
Senior Instructional Designer Developer (IDD)
As a Senior IDD, I develop engaging and performance-driven learning strategies backed by years of experience and data-driven techniques. I specialize in end-to-end learning solutions for both soft-skills and technical training. I am a software expert in many programs and as a graphic artist I can elevate my material, so they are polished and professional. I have a passion for my own learning and enjoy teaching both staff and customers alike.
UX and Web Designer
User experience, and design in general, get me excited. We all know bad design, so no matter what medium I am creating in, how the user is going to interact with it is first and foremost. I am proficient in creating SharePoint Online sites as well as public-facing webpages.
Voice Over and Video Talent
I provide voice over tracts for eLearning courses, demonstrations, and video marketing materials. I started my career as on-screen talent for corporate videos, expanded into video editing, and eventually production of video training materials.
Change Management and Learning Consultant
Change management and learning go hand-in-hand. I have extensive experience in change management methodology and creating change management plans, which of course include training materials as well as targeted communications to different audiances.
